Season 2023-2024

Outreach Activities

One of the greatest gifts we can bestow upon our children is an understanding that excellence, regardless of the level of "achievement," is attained through best effort. In collaboration with the Lambertville Area Education Foundation, the Delaware Township Community Education Foundation , the Jonathan D. Krist Foundation, the New Hope/Solebury School District, and the Alexandria Township Education Foundation, the Riverside Symphonia provides supplemental music instruction and activities for school based music programs in the Delaware Valley. Workshops, master classes, music history lectures, performances by featured guest artists, discount ticket programs, and much, much more! For more information about how you can support children's programming, please contact us.

Our Senior Outreach Program brings the joy of live classical music performances to thousands of individuals who reside in long-term care facilities throughout the Delaware Valley. It is important to note that many of these facilities are intergenerational and care for physically disabled adults of a variety of ages.

The following is an excerpt from an email written by Suzanne Sanson who volunteers her time to coordinate our Senior Outreach Program. She is a tireless and dedicated volunteer.

"I wanted to let you know we had our first concert on Sunday and, as always, it was a great success. We went to a geriatric center in Hamilton, New Jersey. Most of the residents at this facility are on Medicaid. As a result, they don't get to go on many of the outings provided for other residents who can afford them. The activities director was truly thrilled to have us there and is hoping we will come back next year."

Our Senior Outreach Program is Sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceutical, Inc.
